Payment and Returns

30% deposit amount is to start production on bespoke made to order items, the remaining balance is due on completion.

Once your bespoke piece of furniture is made the remaining balance is due within 5 working days of an invoice being sent over to you, for any reason this is not paid for and the item is having to be stored then storage costs will apply at a cost of £20 per day.

It is vital that if you need to delay the final balance payment being paid or you are not ready for your item to be delivered that you notify us immediately, so we can try and avoid any additional costs being charged to you.

In the event you wish to cancel this order then unfortunately the deposit amount is non refundable and unable to be used in terms of a credit note.

If you cancel and order which is not a made to order item, your deposit amount can be credited back to you by a credit note to be used in our store or through our website, please note credit notes are valid for a 6 month period once issued to you.

Credit notes can be used as part payment too.

Our Shipping Timescales are as follows.
Sofas: 14 to 28 days from order approval
Furniture: 14 to 28 days from order approval

Beds: 14 to 28 days from order approval

Accessories : 7 to 28 days from order approval
All other items not listed are 5-10 day delivery unless stated.

We deliver between 7 am and 9pm for any reason delivery drivers are running behind schedule they will give you the option to take delivery past this time.
Failed deliveries will incur a Redelivery charge of up to £65 Collection charges also apply for our furniture items excluding beds and sofas of up to £120 we do not refund or offer a collection service on bespoke beds and sofas, we do however replace and fix any faults or damages which are our fault at no extra cost.
We will arrange delivery with you prior to the delivery date and our drivers will contact you with a delivery slot, please note delivery slots are subject to change due to road conditions or any other factors that may impact on the delivery teams day. However customers will be updated on this.
Delivery drivers will obtain pictures and signatures on each delivery they will also obtain videos of the delivery if felt necessary.
Drivers will also obtain pictures and videos on any assembled items.
In the instance of any item being delivered or assembled with damages then the item is required to stay there and we will communicate with you on a collection and exchange date. In the instance of a bed or sofa being damaged upon arrival then we welcome customers to use the products until we can come back and exchange the faulty goods.

Due to the bespoke nature of our goods we are unable to offer refunds on any of our products. If an item is faulty or damaged we will happily exchange the item for you.
